Prior to attending the site
• Please ensure your hot tub is full prior to our arrival.
• We require the tub to be full so we can chemically treat and flush the pipework.
• Access to a standard plug socket is required to operate our equipment.
• Access to the main isolator power switch for the hot tub is required.
• Access to a water supply and hose pipe is requested for refilling
