What’s included: Everything in the Silver package Full biofilm treatment and pipework purge Hot tub cover deep clean Pipework inspection to check for leaks Post-service care advice This package delivers the highest level of hygiene and performance, leaving your hot tub visibly cleaner, safer, and running at its best. Service area: This service is available within 25 miles of CH46 (Wirral), covering Wirral, Liverpool and parts of North Wales. Bookings outside this area cannot be accepted without a quote for further distances. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, please contact us before booking. All bookings are subject to manual approval based on location and availability.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure we deliver the highest standard of service and plan our schedule effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all bookings. Same-day bookings are not available. Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time via your booking confirmation. Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance, subject to availability. If you require urgent assistance or have a time-sensitive enquiry, please contact us directly before booking and we’ll do our best to advise.
